Delivery & Returns
What are the delivery times?
We ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times then vary depending on your location:
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days
- International: 5 to 14 business days
A tracking number is sent as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the package. Free shipping is offered on orders over [amount] within mainland France.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at infosobloom@gmail.com
When will I be reimbursed in case of a return?
Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Traceability
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This allows you to track your package in real time until it is delivered.
Where can I find my tracking number?
The tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email. Also check your spam/junk mail folder if you don't see it.
My order isn't progressing, what should I do?
Sometimes it takes a little while for the tracking to update. If no changes appear after 72 hours, please contact our customer service at infosobloom@gmail.com so we can investigate further.
Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?
We do our best to ship quickly. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the address.
