Can an order be returned?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If, unfortunately, some products in your order do not meet your expectations, please contact us at infosobloom@gmail.com
Only damaged products will be replaced within 14 working days from receipt of the package.
Goods must be returned to us in new condition and in their original packaging and blister pack, unopened and unused, otherwise a refund cannot be issued.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We will not be able to accept your packages if your information (name, surname, address, order number) is not indicated on the package.

I placed an order. When will it arrive?
Order preparation takes 1 to 3 business days. The order is then processed by Colissimo or Chronopost (depending on the destination country you selected) within 3 to 6 business days for France and 5 to 14 business days for Belgium.
Please note that these deadlines may vary during promotions, holidays, or on public holidays.
What shipping method is used?
For orders to be delivered in France, delivery is made by Colissimo.
For orders to be delivered in Belgium, delivery is carried out by Bpost.
